What is Forrest Yoga? Forrest Yoga (named after Ana Forrest) is an evolving yoga method based on hatha yoga. Ana Forrest has made it her life's work to share this healing yoga practice.
In Forrest Yoga you learn to move with integrity, build strength and delve deeper into yourself and your practice by tracking feeling and staying present with each breath.
This practice for me is so empowering, where I can pay attention to what is possible and at the same time safely explore my edges and when I go into struggle. Come and join me at the Lisbon Yoga Festival for a hip opening and grounding practice. Get ready to wake up your hips and move into some juicy twists and forward bends!
